TRAVEL
ARRANGEMENTS: Please remember when making travel
arrangements that check-in time is between 4
PM and 6 PM on Saturday and check-out is on or before
10 AM on the following Saturday. EARLY CHECK-IN IS NOT ALLOWED. YOUR
UNIT MUST BE VACATED NO LATER THAN 10 AM SATURDAY.
OFFICE
LOCATION: Our office is located in Unit #1001 in the third
building on the right inside the project. It is the first unit in the building
and the entrance is on the right-end of the building. A map of our site will be
mailed to incoming guests upon reservation confirmation.
LATE
ARRIVALS: If you are arriving after
6:00 PM Saturday, a Late Arrival Packet along with two keys will be left in the
key drop box on the outside of the office to the left of the entry door at Unit
#1001. The packet will be left out until the day you arrive. It will be
necessary for you to register Monday morning after your arrival. Office hours are
shown above.
UNIT ACCOMMODATIONS:
If your unit is in the 800 series, it is 850 square feet in size and has two
bedrooms and ONE
bath. The master bedroom has a
king-size bed and the second bedroom has a trundle bed. The units in the 600, 700 and 1100 series
buildings are 1,150 square feet in size and have two bedrooms and TWO baths. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and
the second bedroom has twin beds. All units have a sleeper sofa in the living
room. Our resort has two floors. It does not have any elevators. Unit numbers ending in an odd number are
downstairs. Unit numbers ending in an even number are located upstairs. If you
are in need of a downstairs unit, you must contact RCI and make arrangements
through them. We cannot switch guests
from an assigned unit to another unit.
LOCATION and
RULES: Our condominium complex of 87 units is secluded and
quiet. Only 15 of the units are included in the Vacation Time timeshare
program. We are conveniently located to
the freeway, shopping, restaurants, golf, wellness center, tennis facilities
and Mexico. The South Padre Island
beaches are approximately 25 miles away.
There is an unheated pool on site.
All units have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washer, dryer,
iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and blender. There are also two
television sets, cable TV, a VCR and a DVD. We have free movies for you to
check out during your stay. Listed below are answers to some frequently asked
questions.
We do not have any resort-sponsored activities except for a Sunday morning coffee
to meet other guests and to be advised of available tours.
We have maid service available during the week for an additional charge
of $15. If desired, please schedule your date at check in.
Motor home, boat and trailer parking are not allowed on resort
property.
The registering guest must be 21 years of age or older.
Maximum occupancy per unit is six (6), including children.
Incoming telephone calls must be made directly to your unit telephone number
shown on your reservation confirmation.
Our units are all NON-SMOKING.
A gas grill is located at the
office for guest use. Cooking on the patios and balconies is prohibited by Brownsville City
Code.
Pets are not allowed.
Free Wi-Fi in all units.
