HOW TO GET THERE

 

The nearest airport, 6 miles away, is BROWNSVILLE-SO. PADRE INT’L serviced by Continental airlines. Take Billy Mitchell Blvd to Boca Chica. Turn left on Boca Chica and go west 4 miles to Central Blvd. Turn right on Central Blvd and go about 1 mile to the resort on the left.

 

VALLEY INT’L airport in Harlingen, 25 miles away, is serviced by Southwest, Continental and American Eagle airlines. Take Hwy 77 south to Brownsville. Turn right at Business 77-83 (also named FM-802 & Ruben Torres Blvd). Go one short block and turn left on Central Blvd (Business 77). The resort is 2 blocks on the right.

Your vacation home at Vacation Time Condominiums at VICC is air-conditioned and features a fireplace, cable television, VCR, microwave, telephone, washer/dryer and full kitchen.

 

All units are 2BR  0CC: Max 6/Pri 6 with 1 or 2 baths (the 800 buildings have 1 bath; the 600, 700 and 1100 buildings have 2 baths).

 

OCCUPANCY LIMITS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

 

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

 

The resort has 2 floors – no elevators (units ending in even numbers are upstairs; units ending in odd numbers are downstairs).

 

There are fees for use of the golf course, tennis courts and wellness center exercise facilities at the Country Club.
