Vacation Time Condos at VICC has received the RCI "SILVER CROWN RESORT" award for the year 2010 - the 14th consecutive year for such recognition.
Our RCI occupancy dropped
from 98.6% for 2009 to 93.8% for 2010. This is the first ever significant
decline and is apparently reflective of the current economic downturn as well
as concerns about the drug-related violence in
Our RCI "Overall Vacation" comment card rating for the year 2010 was 4.4 on a 5.0 system, the same as our rating for 2009 and slightly better than the average rating of 4.2 for all North American resorts.
The maintenance assessment for 2011 remains unchanged from the two previous years at $390. Statements for the annual assessment are mailed on November 10, are due on January 1, 2011, and a late charge of $50 is assessed if not paid by January 10. Payment should be made payable to Vacation Time Condos and mailed to the management company address at: 2901 Central Boulevard, Suite B, Brownsville, Texas 78520.
