Vacation Time Condos at VICC has again received the RCI "SILVER CROWN RESORT" award for the year 2010 - the 14th consecutive year for such recognition.
Our RCI occupancy remains at a high level - 98.6% for the year 2009 - although less than last year's 99.7%.
Our RCI "Overall Vacation" comment card rating for the year 2009 was 4.4 on a 5.0 system, an improvement over the 4.2 rating for 2008 and slightly better than the average rating of 4.3 for all North American resorts.
The maintenance assessment for 2010 remains unchanged from last year at $390. Statements for the annual assessment are mailed on November 10, are due on January 1, 2010, and a late charge of $50 is assessed if not paid by January 10. Payment should be made payable to Vacation Time Condos and mailed to the management company address at: 1609 Catalina Bay Ct, Granbury Tx 76049-1464.
