Vacation Time Condos at VICC, an RCI affiliated "SILVER CROWN RESORT" located at the Valley International Country Club, with both 9 and 18 hole courses, is conveniently located to golf, tennis, wellness center, restaurants and shopping. Matamoros, Mexico is  about five miles away across the Rio Grande river. The beaches of South Padre Island are only twenty five miles away. Deep sea and bay fishing are available from both South Padre Island and Port Isabel, about twenty miles away.

Our resort consists of 15 units (765 weeks of ownership) in a project of 87 units in total. It is quiet and secluded, even though only four blocks from the main freeway leading into Brownsville. All of our units are rated for six occupancy, both maximum and private, by RCI.
